		<description><![CDATA[Whilst checking a sites rankings in Google.co.uk for the term &#8216;equestrian property&#8217; I noticed (hard not to) that its Google Place page is showing as the 4th result.
This is the first time I&#8217;ve seen a Google Places page appear on it&#8217;s own in the SERPs.  Normally they appear as part of the Local business results.
